Unresolved Member Service Issues?

Member Satisfaction is very important to us at the OPPA Credit Union.  If you have an unresolved member service issue please complete the following steps to ensure your issue is addressed:

Step 1 - Contact the person who handled the transaction in question

Direct resolution of most issues can be handled efficiently by first speaking with the employee who processed the transaction in question or the Manager of that department.

Step 2 - Contacting the OPPA Credit Union Complaints' Officer

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided through Step 1, you may forward your concern in writing to the Complaints's Officer.  The Complaints' Officer will work with the Senior Management team to resolve the issue.
