To learn more or to sign up for telephone banking, please contact your Member Service Advisor.
To Use Tele-Select Banking
- Dial 1-800-385-9236 (or 705-726-3197).
- Choose the OPPA Credit Union (selection #1). This option must be entered twice.
- Enter your account number.
- Enter your four-digit personal access code.
- Choose the type of service you are requesting:
- Balance and Account Details
- Account Balance
- Transaction History
- Search for a specific transaction
- Transfer of Funds
- Bill Payment
- You will be asked to choose an account type. Here are the codes for each account type:
- Total Chequing - 01
- Maximizer - 02
- Basic Chequing - 03
- Current Chequing - 04
- Merit Line - 05
- High Yield Savings - 06
- Plan24 Savings - 07
- Canada Life Ins - 08
- Bonus Savings - 09
- CUIS Ins - 10
- Fat Cat Savings - 11
- Inclusive Chequing - 12
- Optimum Savings - 13
- Loan - 20
- High Interest Tax Free Savings Account - 21
- US Savings Account - 24
- If you have more than one of an account type, the system will ask you to enter the sub-number of your account, followed by the pound (#) key. Please refer to your statement for this information.
- Follow the prompts to obtain the information you require.
