| Home Purchase Program Award The strategic direction of the OPPA Credit Union Limited is to give back to the membership and provide advice in life events. The intent of the Home Purchase Program award is to provide funding for housing needs of our members and to increase awareness of Credit Union services. Definitions: Eligible Applicant
OPPA Credit Union members, excluding employees and board members. (Must be a member of the OPPA Credit Union at the time of application and draw.)
Region
Regions as defined by the Ontario Provincial Police include Highway Safety Division, Northwest Region, Northeast Region, Central Region, Western Region, Eastern Region and General Headquarters. (These regions are subject to change.)
Eligibility
For the purchase of a primary residence only. General Rules - Member must apply and be approved for a new mortgage on a primary residence at the OPPA Credit Union Limited. A copy of the accepted offer to purchase must be provided.
- Member must contact the OPPA Credit Union Limited for an application or complete the online application.
- Member can only submit one application per household per year.
- The random draw will be made at the OPPA Credit Union office, supervised by the CEO or designate.
- Regional draws will be made January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31 or the first business day following.
- Each draw will be for $250 per region.
- In the event that there are no applications in a region, there will be no draw for that region.
- Winner will be contacted to arrange the deposit and must agree to have their name published in the OPPA Credit Union Limited publications and/or on the OPPA Credit Union Limited website.
HOW TO ENTER - Complete the HOME PURCHASE PROGRAM AWARD application.
- Attach a copy of the accepted offer to purchase.
- Forward the completed application along with the attachment to:
