E-Statements With Cheque Images Now Available!!

Effective November 1st, 2009, the OPPA Credit Union will be switching all on-line banking users to paperless statements.

If you are not currently set up as an on-line banking user and would like paperless statements, please contact your Member Service Advisor.

Benefits To You

• Convenience of accessing your statements with cheque images
• No fee to view your statements and cheque images
• Available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• View all of your statements from February 2007 to present
• Statements will be available to you for up to 7 years
• Eliminate the need to file and securely store paper statements at home
• Help the Credit Union save on paper, envelopes and postage.

Benefits To The Environment

By switching all of our on-line banking users to paperless statements we will conserve the following resources:

• Paper: 416 KG of paper saved
• Water:  34,956 L of wastewater prevented from discharging into lakes, streams and rivers.
• Gasoline:  1,184 L of gas saved by not mailing your statements
• Greenhouse Gases:  7,414 KG of green house gases avoided

This amount of greenhouse gas is the equivalent of

• 25,907 KM not driven in your car
• 190 trees planted (and grown for 10 years)
