5 Year CLOSED VARIABLE MORTGAGE AT 4.25%

Take a five year, closed variable interest rate mortgage and you can pay OPPA Credit Union Mortage rate Prime - .50% for the full five year term of your mortgage. 

The closed variable rate mortgage also gives you the ability to lock in your interest rate by converting to a fixed rate mortgage at any time, as long as the new term is greater or equal to the term remaining.
